Facebook in the news again

Talk that Microsoft is due to buy into Facebook by taking 'up to a 5pc share' this week just goes to confirm that anyone with a business targetting audeinces that use Facebook need to have a good think about how they can make use of the platform to connect with their customers (or potential customers).

What makes a good, sorry, great website?

What is it that people really want from my site? What is it that I can offer that other companies can't. That's probably a particularly relevant question for my blog!

First rule of to creating a great website is to understand exactly what are are trying to achieve with it.

Who will use it? How will they use it? What will they want to do on it? What do you want them to do on it?

That's it... what do people want from it. It's simple, but often overlooked.
